You begin your first day in Costa Rica with a cup of the country's most popular
product: coffee. After this, it's off to the mountains where we take a tour around a coffee
farm.
2 on day 2, we travel to Tortuguero, a village on the edge of the rainforest. From
here we walk deep into the tropical forest and get the chance to see wild monkeys, exotic
birds, and tropical plants.
3 | After our hike we spend a night camping in the forest. Here, you can experience
the magical noise of the rainforest at night. Fall asleep listening to the amazing songs of
the rainforest birds and the cries of the monkeys.
4 on day 3, we visit the town of Sarapiqui. Sarapiqui is famous for its fast-flowing
river. It's a great place for white water rafting. So, get ready for a thrilling ride down the
river!
5 Next stop is Arenal, for an amazing climb up an active volcano. It's not an easy
climb, but high up on the volcano the view is great. And feeling the heat and seeing the
bright orange lava is an unforgettable experience!
6 Before we leave Arenal, you have a day to explore the town. We suggest a visit to
La Fortuna Market. It's a great place to try traditional local foods, like Casado, a mix of
rice, beans, chicken and sauce. It's fantastic!
7 on day 6, it's time for some volunteer work. At Action Ready tours, we show
respect for the beautiful forests of Costa Rica by spending a day planting trees at a local
village

Our last stop is the tiny village of Playa Santa Teresa, famous for its white beaches
and warm blue waters. It's also a top spot for surfers, so, after a quick surfing class, we hit
the waves for one last afternoon of adventure!
